Management of litigation teams - this service is used mostly by detained leaders of groups, or heads of families, who are on remand, or sentenced. Acceptance of this type of work is on a strict case by case basis.
Referral for social and mental health support - we have relationships with social workers in the North Island in particular, as a result of Oranga Tamariki related and Family Court work.
Assistance with Oranga Tamariki and child custody matters/plans that may be affected by the loss of family property, or the impending loss of family property.
